The Monetisation Paradox™: The Scientifically Proven Reason Your Audience Feel ‘Betrayed’ & Your Launches FAIL… I Fix This Psychological Flaw to Unlock Your Consistent 6-Figure Income
Ever wonder why your audience love your content but seem to hate your products? … Well, I can assure you that: 1) you’re not the problem… 2) it’s got nothing to do with quality… and 3) you’re not overcharging.
The problem is not what you think… it all comes down to a psychological dynamic that most marketers are not even aware of.
When we shift this dynamic, you’ll: make more sales… earn more money… generate a consistent income… & build a stronger fanbase, all without upsetting your existing audience or compromising on your values.
Keep reading and I’ll explain:
- Why the more your audience trusts you as a ‘friend,’ the more they resist buying from you. The hidden psychological trap that leads to 0.005% conversion rates, no matter how big your channel gets.
- Why your high-trust audience converts 100X worse than a simple e-commerce email list… and what this gap reveals about the real reason you’re not earning what you’re worth.
- The invisible ‘feast-or-famine’ switch that makes a 500k-subscriber channel just as unstable as one with 5k. Learn why more views will never fix an income that swings 60% month-to-month.
- Have a massive following but still make less than someone with a 5k email list? You’re not a bad marketer… you’re a victim of The Monetisation Paradox™.
- The reason your most loyal fans become your biggest sceptics the moment you try to sell. HINT: It’s not your content that needs fixing; it’s the hidden feeling of ‘betrayal’ your sales message triggers.
The Deafening Sound of Crickets…
You figure out your expertise and how you want to help people… you decide what ‘persona’ you want the world to see… you create a ton of amazing content to help your audience reach their goals… and after working hard without reward for so long, it’s time to earn a living to support yourself.
Sounds pretty easy and linear. You spend your days thinking of content ideas that will benefit your subscribers. Surely nobody will mind if you earn a little something to pay your bills, right?
WRONG!
More often than not after launching a product, course, or service, the biggest thing most YouTube coaches and creators have in common is hearing the sound of Crickets after hitting the ‘launch button’.
This is not exclusive to newbies or those launching a first ever product because the success rate of YouTubers monetising their channel is extremely low.
In fact, 96% of creators earn only 5-fgures or less.
And even those that are earning a living, don’t know if they’ll have a good month or if they’ll need to borrow money to pay the bills because it’s a ‘feast or famine’ cycle that they can never predict.
You’d think having an audience of half a million would guarantee you some sort of stability and financial independence…
But with monthly earning swings of up to 60%… means even the most established and well supported channels are susceptible to the devastating conversion problem which plagues nearly all creators.
Virtually every coach shares the same frustration of feeling like they’re doing everything right and ticking all the boxes off with all the things expected of them.
Yet, if I asked creators what the biggest factor behind the volatile and unpredictable nature of making a living on YouTube is, they would tell me it’s got something to do with:
- Poor content quality…
- Lack of good promotion…
- Audience mismatch…
- Over-priced product…
- Lack of interest in the topic…
I mean, I could list another 100 most obvious reasons for the failure to convert but they’d all be wrong.
And let’s face it, if the solution was so obvious and so easy to correct, then 96% of YouTubers wouldn’t be struggling, would they?
So, this might come as a bit of a shock to you but the reason you’re not the success you deserve to be right now is all about betrayal!…
Your Audience Felt Betrayed the Minute You Tried Selling to Them! …
Now, you’re gonna have to give me a minute to provide a little context, because if I first try explaining why betrayal is the thing stopping you from achieving 6-figures consistently without upsetting your subscribers, then it’s gonna be hard to understand (and accept).
And you probably know better than I do about how difficult it is to find the solution because you’ve undoubtedly been searching for it, much longer than I have… without success.
But there’s very little info out there to help you understand the real problem, particularly when viewed in a YouTube creator context, so I need to give you a little background info on how I stumbled across it.
But once I explain it to you, it’ll be a revelation, and you’ll suddenly see how easy it will be to transform your life and career with a few simple adjustments So, please give me a minute to explain.
I didn’t set out to be a specialist YouTube marketer if I’m completely honest. Once I realised my calling was direct response (sales copywriting), I didn’t care what project I was working on or what niche it was in.
So, in my early days, I worked alongside owners in a variety of industries.
Some people tell you specialisation is better as you can be considered an expert when focusing on a specific niche, but personally, I always felt the ability to work with virtually anyone was more important.
Especially since I seemed to have a gift of being able to understand the essence of any project, even if it was my first exposure to it, and not only finding the correct voice, but also capturing the expertise of… well, the expert I was working with.
Anyway, in 2022, I began working with Ed who happened to be a YouTube coach for YouTubers, and he taught them how to improve and optimise their channel to monetise their business.
And it was your regular stuff like optimising thumbnails (pull a funny face… and point to imaginary text that doesn’t exist yet. 😊) … teaching YT SEO… video optimisation… content ideas… and so on.
He wanted to sell access to his ‘mastermind’ group and after posting his job on a freelance site, he only wanted to hear from me because he said I was the only copywriter that wrote a proposal to him, in the exact style that he’d expect a sales copywriter to… and he was really impressed.
Long story short… after completing his sales page, he was blown away with my work and amazed by the result. He’s on my testimonial wall somewhere… he’s the one who says (paraphrasing) “People were so impressed, they were commenting ‘the copy was so good, I don’t have any questions, where do I sign up?’… “.
Not long after that, Ed began referring people to me. Obviously, it was other YouTubers that were exposed to my sales copy through his offer, and they were asking Ed to make a referral.
And that’s how I began working in the YouTube space, but my very first referral was gonna be…
The Toughest Project I’ve Ever Worked On…
… and it taught me so many lessons that completely changed my perspective, not just for YouTube marketing, but sales copywriting in general.
The first problem I had was that I’d learned to write sales copy the old-fashioned way, and using the same techniques and strategies taught by many of the copywriting legends.
And they have this old-school mentality that there’s no such thing as good copy that’s too long. But they came from a different time before the internet, back when promotions were sent out in the mail, and the ‘sales letters’ they wrote needed to create a ‘direct response’ from the reader.
To be fair, the rule is still very much valid today, even with the internet, but when it comes to social media and people who have become accustomed to consuming fast content, then it’s a different ball game altogether.
But you don’t need a lesson on copywriting, so I’ll just skip to the point as I want to wrap up this background story…
Anyway, no matter what I tried to do, I just couldn’t get the message right. It’s the first and only time I’ve ever had a problem writing sales copy.
Initially it was far too excessive (at almost 10k words!), then I edited it significantly, by almost half. I then made tweaks here and there, but the client tried running it and essentially, not a lot happened. My copy had never failed to make sales before, and I was completely shocked.
There ultimately came a point when I had to admit defeat, so I just returned the client’s money back and apologised for not being able to help, which to be fair, he seemed very appreciative of, since he knew I tried my best and worked hard for weeks without reward.
I didn’t really care too much about the lost revenue… or my wasted efforts… but anyone who knows me will tell you I’m a perfectionist and a sore loser, so it really hurt and caused a few sleepless nights over the next couple of weeks as I tried to make sense of it.
My proven, direct-response principles had never failed me before… and it wasn’t the niche, because I’d worked with PPC coaches successfully previously.
Therefore, it had to be something fundamental about the YouTube dynamic itself and so I became obsessed with the question ‘why would an audience who love the creator, resist buying their paid content?’.
The short version of this story… I eventually came across an obscure academic paper published back in 1956… called ‘Mass Communication and Para-Social Interaction’. And it was like a lightning bolt. It was the scientific diagnosis for the ‘betrayal’ dynamic I had seen firsthand.
It was actually the start of another rabbit hole of scientific findings and psychology studies that I combined into a solitary problem when I came up with The Monetisation Paradox™, but I’ll spare you the unnecessary details because I think I’ve made my point.
Let me wrap this up now by explaining what you’re probably very eager to understand which is…
“How Does This Affect Me & My Channel?”
This is where it gets really interesting but stay with me because I’ve almost finished and once I’ve explained this final part, not only will you completely understand why you’ve always struggled…
But you’re gonna learn why (and how) you can make sure your offers will never fail again so you can earn a consistent 6-figure+ income from your audience without upsetting anybody (or leaving subscribers feeling betrayed!).
Here’s what I’m gonna answer now, so stay tuned:
- The hidden ‘friend-to-vendor’ transition that quietly sabotages every launch. I’ll show you why this is the root cause of the devastating ‘conversion crisis’ you’re facing.
- Why your audience secretly loves that your relationship is one-sided (HINT: it’s a ‘safe space’ with zero risk). Learn how a standard sales pitch shatters that safety and causes your best followers to pull away.
- The real reason your launches fail—and it’s not your course, price, or audience size. Discover how to navigate the ‘viewing vs. buying’ mindset so your offer never feels ‘jarring and intrusive’ again.
As someone who does not have a scientific background, I’m gonna do my best to explain this in the most simplified way I can (for my own benefit as much as anyone else) …
If you’re more academically minded than I am (and you want a more detailed explanation), then I’ll also include all references and sources at the end so you can research & read until your heart is content, but I want to be as brief as possible out of respect for most people reading this who are busy creators and short on time.
The Basics…
Okay, so ‘Parasocial Relationships’ (PSR) is the core philosophy behind this phenomenon. Back in the fifties, this primarily focused on film & radio stars, as well as other famous media personalities of the day, but in our 21st century world, it extends to anyone who has an audience, including YouTubers, bloggers and SM influencers etc.
Basically, it refers to the one-sided relationship your audience experiences, since they know a lot about you, but you don’t know anything about them.
Every time you create new content, or video etc. And share with your audience, then each of these experiences are what’s known as a ‘Parasocial Interaction’ (PSI). With each interaction, the stronger the relationship grows.
There are also three levels of intensity all the way up to extreme (‘borderline pathological’), which we don’t need to get into here as it’s not so relevant, however, just to be thorough, we’re focusing on the least intense of those levels which is ‘entertainment social’, and covers most cases.
The “Friend-to-Vendor” Problem and Why It’s Hurting Your Business…
When a creator attempts to sell to their audience directly, they trigger what’s known as ‘The Friend-to-Vendor’ psychological shift.
In the science world, ‘Psychological Reactance Theory’, happens when an individual believes their freedom (in our case – the freedom to enjoy content without a sales pitch) is being taken away so the subscriber instinctively resists any attempt to be persuaded.
You see, until the point you try (or tried) selling your products (or services) to your audience, subscribers have been under the illusion that you have an unspoken agreement for providing only entertainment content, where your sole objective is to nurture your relationship through authentic connection.
That’s exactly how they got to know you, and what they’ve come to expect from you based upon your previous ‘transactions’ with them until that point.
And so, any form of monetisation is seen as a violation of this unspoken contract, which is why your audience feel like you’ve betrayed them, leading to disappointment… content rejection… and plummeting trust levels.
One thing which highlights this really well is ‘The Trust Transfer Effect Paradox’.
This applies to third-party brands that you advertise or recommend which your audience have credibility in because they trust you… however a study confirmed ‘commercial tilt’ (monetisation) in the creators’ own content has a negative effect which is multiplied by parasocial relationships.
Any trust you’ve built from ‘your image’ (persona) is based upon the stories and the struggles you’ve shared with subscribers until now…
And commercial actions often conflict with this persona that your audience have come to know and love. This is why they begin to question your authenticity, intentions, and entire relationship, which leads to an erosion of the trust you’ve spent months/years building.
The numbers come to the same conclusion because the conversion rate of a creators’ audience to paid membership is as low as 0.005% … a subpar 1% conversion rate is considered a major success. And to help you comprehend the significance… That’s 100X WORSE than a standard eCom email list!
In stark contrast, the average conversion rate for brand Influencer Marketing is 4.5%. eCom websites (renowned for poor performance) still convert between 2.5% – 3%…
And even mediocre marketers still manage up to 5.3% with low quality email services (still a far cry from ‘one percent’ email marketing with a 4400% ROI – but evidence that even their low-quality templated services still outperform your promotion attempts to your own large audience of people who trust you!).
So, despite the fact your audience love both your persona and the content you provide, which gained their trust and confidence…
Abysmally low conversation rates as little as 0.005% when selling your own products is clear proof that the issue isn’t a marketing problem but a “psychological relationship problem”.
Whichever way you look at them, the numbers are not good:
- 96% of creators earn only 5-figures or less
- More than 50% earn less than $15k each year
- 57% of creators are on less than a ‘living wage’
- Cancellations are as high as 30%
Let’s Round This Up with a Quick Summary…
So, when you look at all the frustrating, isolated problems you face every day through the lens of The Monetisation Paradox™, they suddenly stop being random misfortunes and start making perfect sense…
- You experience the brutal “feast-or-famine” cycle with income swinging by up to 60% month-to-month… because your revenue isn’t tied to your audience size; it’s tied to a broken psychological dynamic that makes sales unpredictable.
- You spend six months creating the perfect course only to be met with “crickets” on launch day… because you’ve inadvertently conditioned your audience to expect free content, making the sudden switch to a paid offer feel jarring and intrusive.
- You see a devastatingly low conversion rate (up to 100X worse than other forms of marketing) … because the “friend-to-vendor” transition triggers Psychological Reactance in your audience, causing them to instinctively resist your sales message while feeling betrayed in the process.
- You feel like a “fraud” when you try to sell… because you’re caught in the ‘Authenticity Paradox’. When the sales tactics required by a standard marketing funnel conflict with the genuine persona your audience trusts, it creates a painful internal conflict.
- You watch insightful coaches correctly identify the ‘what’ (“my audience feels betrayed”) but never the ‘why’… because they don’t understand the underlying science of Parasocial Relationships that explains why that feeling of betrayal is triggered.
- You get stuck in the “Authority Paradox” (needing clients to get authority but needing authority to get clients) … because your current sales message fails to establish your credibility, leaving you to compete on false metrics instead of your expertise.
- You struggle with “pricing confusion” (either undercharging out of fear or overcharging with unrealistic expectations) … because without understanding the psychological barrier you’re up against, it’s impossible to know what your audience is truly willing to pay for.
Virtually every single one of your biggest, most painful problems stem from this one, hidden dynamic.
It’s not your fault, and it’s not something a standard marketer could ever fix…
It’s a psychological relationship problem that requires a completely different approach but now that you’ve learned the secret only a handful of YouTube coaches know… you should be feeling excited…
Like… VERY EXCITED!
And now that we have all the ‘heavy information’ out of the way and the ‘science’ covered. Let’s get straight to the fun part which is gonna be a lot easier and faster to explain.
Here’s How We’re Gonna Change Your Fortunes (and Life) In Only a Few Short Weeks…
Solving The Monetisation Paradox™ isn’t about finding a single ‘magic bullet’ tactic. It’s about fundamentally re-engineering the way you communicate with your audience when it’s time to sell.
It requires installing a complete, trust-based conversion system… a system that honours the relationship you’ve built while creating a natural and compelling path for your biggest fans to become your best customers.
Depending on where a creator is in their journey, installing this system usually starts in one of three key areas…
SCENARIO A – The “Ground-Zero” Launch (Focus: The Sales Page)
For a creator launching a new course, we start by building the narrative anchor: a sales page engineered to transform a ‘friend’ into a customer without triggering the ‘betrayal’ dynamic. This becomes the foundation of the entire campaign.
SCENARIO B – The Unresponsive Audience (Focus: The Email Sequence)
For those with an existing audience that won’t buy, the system is deployed first in their email list. We craft sequences that act as a psychological bridge, warming up the ‘friend-to-vendor’ transition so that by the time the offer is made, it feels like a helpful, expected next step.
SCENARIO C – The Leaky Funnel (Focus: Funnel Optimisation)
For a business that’s getting traffic but losing sales, we deploy the system to diagnose and plug the ‘trust leaks.’ We analyse every touchpoint… from the ad to the opt-in page to the checkout… to ensure the entire journey reinforces the creator’s voice and authority, rather than eroding it.
So, do you think you need one, or perhaps all those services (maybe more)?
Are you worried about the prospect of having to pay a 5-figure fee for each service you require?
I can almost sense your disappointment and “I knew there was gonna be a catch!” retort at the screen…
But don’t worry because I’ve got you. I’m not only different in the way I approach marketing, or how I offer unique solutions for problems no one else can solve…
I’m also different in the way I work with you because I don’t believe the typical client/service provider relationship is the most productive.
That’s because you typically have two individual entities looking out for their own separate interests first and foremost.
Sure, every marketer will tell you they’re putting your interests above their own and that you’re important to them, and most will sincerely mean it, however, it’s not always as simple as that because at the end of the day, there’s usually a contract, an objective, and the delivery of services.
And while that process is ongoing, the alliance will seem fairly harmonious, but ultimately… the marketer will have secretly estimated the job duration, scheduled their predicted hours, and have expectations on what level of service ‘you deserve’ to justify the fee you’ve paid.
The truth is, they’re already thinking about their next job and so if you need additional work or services, that they’ve since realised but don’t want to inform you of (since they’ve already invoiced you and they can’t afford to spend any extra time on your project) …
Then it becomes a conflict of interest, and you can be sure, they’re no longer putting your needs ahead of theirs!
Partners Helping Each Other Achieve Success…
With my model, you don’t hire me to perform a service. Instead, I join your team.
For a simple and modest monthly ‘salary’, you get an elite marketing partner in your corner.
My only goal is your success!
If we need to build the sales page, we build the sales page… if the funnel is broken, we fix the funnel… and we do what needs to be done.
You’re not buying a task; you’re investing in a partner who will deploy the entire system your business needs to thrive.
Why this is so much better and beneficial to you…
(1) It Completely Reverses Your Risk
Traditional ‘one percent’ marketers often demand large, five-figure fees upfront, before you’ve seen a single line of copy or any kind of result.
It’s a huge gamble regardless of the marketer’s reputation or skill level.
By switching to a simple ‘salary’, you completely eliminate that fear.
This way, you get to see my work… experience my strategic thinking… and start getting results while only ever committing to a manageable monthly wage.
It’s a built-in guarantee of my confidence.
(2) It Ensures Our Goals Are Perfectly Aligned
As already mentioned, a typical contractor is incentivised to finish their specific task as quickly as possible and move on.
My goal isn’t just to “deliver the sales page” then leave you to figure out the rest by yourself…
As a member of your team, my only incentive is your long-term, consistent success. We’re on the same side of the table, working towards the same objective.
(3) It’s Fair, Flexible, and Honest
In the past, I always had difficulty pricing up a job or estimating how long it would take to complete… that’s not accounting for additional tasks or pivot’s that are required whilst working on the project, or even any additional services the client might request once work is underway etc.
So, I stuck with a simple pricing structure for simplicity purposes, and the large 5-figure fee stayed the same regardless of whether a job took two months or six!
And I was never comfortable or happy with that system but at the risk of shooting myself in the foot and under-pricing a job, I stuck with it.
However, this system is honest, fair, and it has no influence on the length of time we spend working on your tasks. This way, your project is done, when it’s done… and you only pay for the time we actively work together
(4) You Get a Strategic Partner, Not Just a Writer
When you hire a contractor for a sales page, that’s all you get. But what if you later discover the real problem is your email onboarding?
As a team member, I’m there to diagnose and solve the correct problems… regardless of what they might be.
So, you get the full benefit of having an elite marketer and direct response expert inside your business, able to pivot to whatever will make the biggest impact on your bottom line.
This is a Life Changing Service I Fear Will be Too Expensive for Me…
You’d be right about one thing… it IS GONNA CHANGE YOUR LIFE… but it’s probably not as expensive as you’re thinking.
- Yes, it’s an elite service…
- Yes, it’s a unique solution to your biggest problem…
- Yes, you will finally start earning from your audience…
- Yes, your rewards should be lucrative…
- Yes, it’s a high-ticket offer…
BUT you haven’t considered…
By hiring me as a team member you essentially split my fee into a monthly payment plan, so while it won’t feel like you’re paying a lot from a monthly perspective, it adds up the longer we continue working together.
By providing exceptional work for you that delivers extraordinary results, I’m potentially gaining a client for life… you maybe even want to keep me on a retainer… so by looking after you, I look after myself… it’s not a one-sided relationship where only you benefit.
By making substantial profits, you’ll be willing to reward my future efforts with performance related bonuses to supplement my earnings. Further cementing the point, I made earlier that as a team member, my only focus is on making you successful… but then I profit too from your success.
So, when all things are considered, we’re not talking about a service that’s ‘too good to be true’… because the gains are shared between us…
I’d be lying if I told you I’m doing this because I want to change the world or that I’m on a mission to rescue suffering YouTubers.
I’m in business to make money just as you are, so I’m not doing it for altruistic or philanthropic reasons either.
I’ll always be honest with you, so I don’t mind confessing that… I want to be successful too.
But that’s what’s so exciting about our partnership… we need each other… and by working together to finally bring the success your efforts deserve… we both get to climb the ladder.
That’s why:
- I won’t be charging my usual rate of $500/hour
- I’ll always do what needs to be done regardless of time and effort requirements
- It’s in my interest to diagnose problems truthfully and pivot for the sake of the project and your success
- As a team member, I’ll always be there for you, and as an ‘all-round’ elite marketer (not just a specialist copywriter), my expertise and ‘one percent’ marketing skills are always at your disposal.
However, let me not cloud the fact that this is an extraordinary deal for you too, I mean:
How much is:
- Having a YouTube business that provides a consistent (and potentially) 6-figure income every month – worth?
- The ability to launch multiple offers in the safe knowledge that not only will they likely succeed, but you won’t upset your audience – worth?
- A stress-free life without the need to worry whether next month’s income will be enough to cover the bills or put foot on the table – worth?
- Creative freedom, or free time to do what you want, when you want, including additional projects and offers that let you scale even bigger – worth?
The point is, whether you’re moving into your dream home whilst simultaneously travelling the world, expanding your team, and planning a fantasy wedding from your newfound success, like some clients do…
Or whether you’re happy just to finally turn what you love into a steady, predictable, and lucrative income that you can always count on…
The modest monthly salary you pay me, will be worth every single penny!
And the results will continue to return on your investment week after week, month after month, year after year…
So, when you consider the lifetime value of what you receive in both financial and emotional terms (and even personal growth), then you don’t need to be a mathematician to understand the value of your incoming windfall.
The Guarantee That Completely Removes Any Risk AND Proves I Have 100% Belief in My Ability & Services…
I’ve already given you a big guarantee as I demonstrated earlier by joining your team and switching to a ‘monthly salary’ instead of a large upfront fee.
This mitigates your risk while you get to evaluate my skills & style, as well as my effectiveness… so I literally have to prove myself to justify my pay.
However, to take it one step further to remove any and all doubts from your mind (and to show you how confident I am in our partnership) …
I’m prepared to step up and assume ALL THE RISK, so that you have nothing to fear… which not only removes any doubt and worry… but it enables you to focus on our project with all your energy.
Given the nature of a partnership and the ongoing work (potentially lasting months/years), it’s impossible to offer an unlimited money-back guarantee…
But to supplement the ongoing guarantee that we’ve already discussed… I will also throw in a 1-week money-back guarantee that lets you assess our first week together, and if you have second thoughts for any reason at all, I’ll give you the money back with no questions asked.
Beyond this, I will also pause your payment if we fail to reach our objectives or goals at any point throughout our partnership.
So, for example, if we had a launch date for a sales page pencilled in, and delay to the launch was my doing (I rewrote it as I was unhappy with it, or I got writer’s block etc.), then I will happily inform you to withhold my payment until we’re back on schedule.
This way, you only ever pay me while we’re successful, and it offers additional peace of mind in the knowledge that I’ll never drag my feet or intentionally stretch out any work in order to receive undeserved payment.

DISCLAIMER
While everything I’ve said is true and I am so confident of succeeding that I’ve given the most one-sided guarantee you’re ever likely to see, which puts all the risk on my doorstep and prevents me from earning unless I deliver.
I need to be completely honest and admit that not all YouTube coaches or creators will be cut out for my service.
And since I’m taking all the risk and putting myself in harm’s way, it makes zero sense for me to make my service available to everyone – no questions.
I don’t have a very large operation as I focus on quality over quantity, not to mention the difficulty I have in finding other true ‘one percent’ marketers to join the team, since we’ve already established, they’re a rare breed.
So, there’s only so many clients I can work with at any given time, especially when you factor in, I don’t get paid if I don’t deliver work on schedule, therefore squeezing too many projects onto my workload is unsustainable…
The bottom line is, I can only handle a few partners at once and since I’m the one who loses (time, money, effort, & credibility) if I fail… means I’ve got to choose very carefully, who I think has the best chance of succeeding with me.
How?
Well, I need to evaluate your channel, audience, offer, and so on… so that whoever I choose to partner with… I can be as certain as possible that we’ll be a success together.
I’ve only ever failed once in my entire career (and that was years ago), so I’m confident I know what I’m looking for in a candidate. Therefore, once I’ve made my choice, I’ll have zero doubts about our potential.
That’s why I’m not offering a ‘Sign Up’ button or payment method to get the ball rolling.
The truth is, once I have 10-12 prospects, I’ll stop promoting the offer and start interviewing candidates. I’ll choose projects on a first-come, first-served basis.
There’ll be no sales pitch, and I won’t try to pressure anyone into anything. If I offer you the chance to work with me and you decline, then I’ll wish you all the best and move on to the next call.
Because by the time I finish speaking with everyone (maybe even before), I will have my quota, and I don’t really want to be working with anyone who is not 100% with me.
While I may be the only person with the skillset and solution to the biggest problem facing YouTubers, don’t let me deceive you into thinking it’s gonna be easy… because it won’t be!
A lot of hard work from the both of us is the only thing that truly determines how successful we’ll be together. Having the answers, map, and/or blueprint only shows us the way…
We still need to deliver exceptional quality work, have a relentless drive, and always maintain a high level of consistency if we want incredible results… so it’s important we share those values and work ethic from day 1.
This is why I can’t offer to anyone and everyone… and it’s why I won’t be trying to persuade people if I can see they have any doubt.
What You Need to Do Next? …
I’m gonna keep this simple for us both. Click the button to schedule an appointment for a video consultation and select the most convenient time for you.
At this point, it’s only an unconfirmed provisional booking for now.
Next, you’ll receive an email with link to a questionnaire that I need you to fill out and submit…
Once I’ve reviewed it, I’ll make an assessment on whether I think we’re compatible with a high probability of being successful together.
If I do, then I’ll confirm the interview and I’ll expect you to be present (though if you don’t show, that will be the end of any possible collaboration between us – ever).
Those I’m not convinced by, or I choose not to proceed with, doesn’t necessarily mean I don’t think their offer or potential isn’t up to standards… in some cases it might be I have 20 prospects and as mentioned, I only need 12, so I could be forced to potentially decline 8 impressive projects for no other reason than I have no more availability.
In this case, the appointment won’t be confirmed, though I urge anyone in this situation to stay in touch, occasionally check my availability status, and perhaps try again in future.
Right now, I’m using ads and have a sales funnel that I stop and start, when need be, but I’d much prefer to have a growing pipeline of potential partners who I don’t need to keep interviewing and assessing.
This group will also include partners I’ve worked with in the past who after a timeout, are ready to restart work (or begin something new).
Anyway, the call will be very casual and low-key. I hate selling face-to-face with a passion, but as I just explained, I won’t employ any kind of sales strategies since I’m only interested in those who want this 100%
I’ll follow up on the questionnaire with any additional questions I may have. You can tell me more about your business, offer, channel, audience, past efforts and anything you feel is relevant.
I’ll answer your questions if you have any and explain how I see us moving forward (and potentially outline a plan if I’ve had sufficient time to assess your project or it’s an obvious solution).
Once we’re both in agreement and 100% happy to be working together in partnership towards your goals. You’ll forward my first ‘monthly salary’, that unlike a regular job, needs to be paid ahead of the month, not after.
And we’ll begin working together either immediately or on the date we decide to start… it’s as simple as that.
So, if you’re fed up with your struggle to earn a consistent living on YouTube… and you’re ready to implement a unique and sophisticated system that prevents your audience from feeling betrayed every time you offer your products…
Then schedule an appointment ASAP (before availability runs out), and if compatible, we can start turning your YouTube struggles (and Monetisation Paradox), into a fun and stress-free experience that not only provides a lucrative and reliable income…
… but it will unlock the doors you’ve always dreamt of opening!
